The Life Values Inventory Online is divided into five steps. Steps 1-3 take approximately 10 minutes to complete each step. Steps 4-5 provide information about your values and how to optimally express them. The LVIO is intended to be comprehensive and thought-provoking. Do I have to complete the whole assessment in one sitting?

No. The program is designed for your convenience so that you can work through it in one or multiple sittings. You can sign out at any time (even in the middle of a session) by clicking the "Sign Out" button at the top of every page. Will there be a summary report of my results?

How do I use the information in Steps 4 & 5?

A:

How you express your values is as important as understanding them. Step 4 provides strategies for optimal values expression so your values serve as an authentic source of motivation and fulfillment. We encourage you to read through these strategies immediately after you complete the assessment section.

Step 5 is a compilation of PDF documents with values-based strategies for productivity, fulfillment and resilience. These strategies take some time to review but are critical in using your values profile meaningfully.
